Business Name

Business Phone Number (the Twilio number that receives calls)

Must match your Twilio phone number exactly, in +1XXXXXXXXXX format.

Booking Link (optional)

Included in SMS messages as {booking_link}.

Owner Notification Phone (optional)

We'll text you when a new lead comes in or replies.

SMS Templates

Available tokens: {name} — caller's name {booking_link} — your booking URL

Initial SMS (sent within 60 seconds of missed call)

Follow-Up SMS (if no reply after 24 hours)
